Economic woes
concerns CUTS
UKZAMBIANS, November 02, 2011
The Consumer Unity
and Trust Society International -CUTS- says Zambia’s
vulnerability is due to lack of capacity to cope with
conditions, which are difficult to control.
CUTS Centre
Coordinator, Simon Ngona also says the price hikes in
select food and non-food items, natural disasters, hunger
and environment degradation have remained the country’s
major challenges.
He was speaking in
Livingstone today at a public awareness event.
And Southern
Province Deputy Permanent Secretary, Alfred Chingi said an
enhanced integrated framework would help increase
productivity and competitiveness. / ends muvitv
