Consumer Unity & Trust Society (CUTS), an
international social action and research
advocacy group, is seeking to recruit an HR
Coordinator at its Jaipur office. The vacancy is
at a middle managerial level and would call for,
besides honesty and integrity, proven ability to
handle related functions independently.
The
candidate should be a Postgraduate in any
discipline and should have a degree/diploma in
Human Resource Management from an institution of
good repute with minimum 5 years experience in
the relevant areas. Previous experience of
working with an NGO will be an added advantage.
The
incumbent would be expected to take complete
charge of the HR department of the organisation
which includes, but not limited to:

Recruitments
-
Conduct/organize internal and external staff
trainings
-
Performance appraisals
-
Maintenance and updating of all HR related
records and personal files of employees at all
centres.

Maintenance of discipline, punctuality and
adherence to CUTS Code of Conduct and service
rules etc.

General administration i.e. upkeep of premises,
AMCs, rent agreements etc
-
Any
other reasonable job entrusted
The other essential requisite is proficiency in
English and in Hindi with excellent
communication skills. The job involves travel in
India and abroad.
Compensation
Compensation will not be a limiting factor for
the right person. More importantly the work

aims at bringing about social change.
