Schedule of Divisional Level Pre-Proposal Workshops

The Divisional Level Pre-Proposal Open Workshops under the National Environment Awareness Campaign (NEAC) of the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India will be organised as per the details given below. NGOs/Institutions interested in participating in the NEAC are requested to attend the workshops.
 

State Level Inception Workshop under GRANITE
Kolkata, India, September 27, 2007

CUTS Calcutta Resource Centre (CUTS CRC) will organise a State Level Inception workshop under the project GRANITE Phase-II in Kolkata, India, on September 27, 2007.

The main objective of the workshop is to take stock of how State Government and other stakeholders in West Bengal are involved in the process of preparation and implementation of National Foreign Trade Policy. It will be a platform to launch the project at the State level. The workshop would be attended by different stakeholders from horticulture and textile, namely, farmers/farmers’ organisations, government officials and civil society organisations (CSOs).
